  • $ 300 – half day or evening
  • $ 425 – full day

Note: price includes use of commons area & kitchen for light refreshments (no hot foods). NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed in Stencil Hall.

TAYLOR does not provide food services for functions held on campus. Outside catering or pot-luck meals are permitted on
TAYLOR's approval. DO NOT use the stove/oven for cooking. Please note: if meal event is approved, clean up (wipe tables, vacuuming)
will be the responsibility of the renter. Please provide your own cutlery, dishes, napkins, tea towels, coffee urns, etc.

Sound System in Stencel Hall and Sound Technician:

  • $ 200 – includes 1 hr set up plus up to 3 hrs tech time
  • Over 4 hrs, extra cost of $ 30/hr
