Note: price includes use of commons area & kitchen for light refreshments (no hot foods).

TAYLOR does not provide food services for functions held on campus. Outside catering or pot-luck meals are permitted on
TAYLOR's approval. DO NOT use the stove/oven for cooking. Please note: if meal event is approved, clean up (wipe tables, vacuuming) will be the responsibility of the renter. Please provide your own cutlery, dishes, napkins, tea towels, coffee urns, etc.

  • SET UP -- We will set up according to your needs—extra charge may apply if normal set up needs changing (Renter not to move furniture)

Set-Up Rates for Commons Area:

  • $ 50 – 5 tables or less
  • $ 100 – 6+ tables

Rental Rates for Commons Area:

  • $ 205 – half-day or evening
  • $ 295 – full day

Offices

 

Benke Offices

Benke Hall is an attractive two-storey brick building containing faculty and staff offices, with a parking lot just a few metres from the entrance (west side). A number of offices are available for rent at attractive rates. WiFi is included in the Benke Offices.

Office Size:

  • 11' x 16'

Rates 

  • $ 544.50 per month plus gst (effective July 1, 2019)
  • Includes heat, power, common kitchen, and common washrooms
  • Recently renovated
