Rates:

  • $ 770 – half-day or evening
  • $ 1,110 – full day

Note:  Kitchen for light refreshments (no hot foods). NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed in Stencel Hall.

TAYLOR does not provide food services for functions held on campus. Outside catering or pot-luck meals are permitted on
TAYLOR's approval. DO NOT use the stove/oven for cooking. Please note: if meal event is approved, clean up (wipe tables, vacuuming) will be the responsibility of the renter. Please provide your own cutlery, dishes, napkins, tea towels, coffee urns, etc.

Sound System in Stencel Hall:

  • $ 100

Portable Multi Media/ Audio-Visual Services

  • $ 100 – day's rental AV Cart (computer, P/P projector)
  • $ 100 - day's rental Portable Sound System

 Residence Housing

Campus location is a 15 minute walk from the Century Park LRT station. Bus routes are near the campus as well. There is a park and ravine south of the campus.

Muller Hall is a three-story apartment building on campus. Current Taylor Seminary students are given preferential access and discounted rates, but non-students are welcome to apply (note the regulations and policies in the application agreement). Short-term rentals are also available (esp. for out of town students taking an intensive course).


Suite Only (with common kitchen)

Student Rate (for current Taylor Seminary students):

  • $ 300.00/mth single
  • $ 420.00/mth double

Regular Rate:

  • $ 500.00/mth single
  • $ 670.00/mth double


Suite (with in-suite kitchen)

Student Rate (for current Taylor Seminary students):

  • $ 420.00/mth single
  • $ 550.00/mth double
  • $ 765.00/mth family
  • Modular Course rate $ 125.00/ 5 days. (Extra days up to total stay of two weeks: $ 25.00 per day. If staying more than two weeks, rent is based on monthly rates.)

Regular Rate:

  • $ 550.00/mth single
  • $ 710.00/mth double
  • $ 1,000.00/mth family

Note: price includes utilities, phone and internet services

Housing Deposit: one-month's rent (except for 5 day rentals)

 Benke Offices

Benke Hall is an attractive two-storey brick building containing faculty and staff offices, with a parking lot just a few metres from the entrance (west side). A number of offices are available for rent at attractive rates.

  • Recently renovated
