General Description:

We are seeking the person that God is calling to serve at Lacombe First Baptist Church. We are a growing congregation, with an average of 200 attendees located in the city of Lacombe. Approximately half of our congregation is under the age of eighteen and we have a vibrant children’s ministry. We are seeking an Associate Pastor to join in providing care for our youth and our congregation as a whole.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Youth Ministry

Develop and execute a plan for discipling the youth and young adults of LFBC and for presenting the gospel to young people within our community.

2. Small Groups

Co-ordinate and oversee our small group ministry, which includes providing spiritual care to small group leaders.

Secondary Responsibilities:

There are a wide range of existing ministries and tasks that are in need of additional leadership, as well as potential to develop new areas of ministry. Additional responsibilities will be discussed and assigned based upon the successful candidates gifting and skillset.
