Job Description:

The Change Conference Customer Service Representative will assist with promotion and communication related to Change Conference. Execution of national Change Conference promotional plan. Assist with day-to-day office functions, providing detailed reporting. Establish relationships within the Christian community on behalf of Change Conference and to communicate with them effectively.

Location: Remote
Position Dates: We have been given a grant for 8 weeks at 35 hours/week within the timeframe of May 2022 to August 2022.
Salary: $15.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

Spiritual & Personal Development

  • Is a faithful and a contributing member of a local church.
  • Prays for and with the YFC Canada Team.
  • Spends time in spiritual reflection and development.

Support Operations & Engagement

  • Execution of national promo plan - reach out to provinces across Canada for the promotion of Change Conference 2022.
  • Communications related to Change Conference promotion.
  • Responsible for calling/emailing and respective correspondence for all provinces and territories.
  • Research new churches in Canada, adding names and contacts to the database.
  • Assist with establishing good relationships and noting/recording key area leaders.
  • Assist with the management and coordination of 40 Days of Prayer for Change Conference.
  • Establish good relationships on behalf of Change Conf and be an advocate for the promotion of Change Conference on a national level.
  • Assist with event registration and data management procedures for Change Conference.
  • Assist Operations Manager with volunteer organization, training and recruitment as needed.
  • Correspond with and assist Content and Creative as needed.
  • Perform database maintenance and schedule sorting and confirmation of contacts; re-engagement letters, unresponsive contacts, incorrect emails etc.
  • Administrative tasks relating to the planning of events and programs for 2022/23.
  • Liaise with community to gather giveaways and free resources for the Leaders Lounge.
  • Manage Merchandise and party box sales and shipping.
  • Assist Operations Manager with sponsor agreements.
  • Work with Change Conf team and sponsors to assist with facilitation of sponsor agreements and collection of sponsor creative materials.
  • Establish important business partnerships on behalf of Change Conf.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
