Continuing Education

Taylor Seminary offers a variety of continuing education opportunities to help its graduates and other ministry professionals continue growing in their knowledge and effectiveness. These are also intended for those wishing to pursue a degree on a part-time basis.

The continuing education opportunities are offered in a variety of formats suitable for those with demanding schedules. Many are part of the ongoing programs; others are specially scheduled. They include:

Cluster Classes
Courses are offered in a concentrated block of time, requiring students to attend classes only once a week for a given course.

Evening Classes
Several courses are offered weekday evenings during both the fall and winter semesters for the convenience of those who area unable to attend classes during the day.

Weekend Classes
Weekend courses are offered on a three weekends-per-semester basis (either Friday evenings and Saturday or Saturday only).

January Intersession
Several one- and two-week courses are offered at the beginning of January, often by visiting professors.

Spring Session
Several one- and two-week courses are offered in May/June, often by visiting professors.

Other Modular Courses
In addition to the modular courses offered during January Intersession and Spring Session, several intensives are also offered during the Fall and Winter Semesters to better serve the part-time, working student.

Online Courses
A number of courses are offered online, and Taylor Seminary has been working hard on initiatives that will allow more students to get their education through this technology.

Distributed Education
Courses offered for the convenience of those who cannot study on campus. Click here for more information.
