Transferring to Taylor
Students who transfer from other recognized graduate-level institutions may receive transfer credit for courses completed with a "C-" standing or higher. Can I work in Canada?
Current immigration laws prohibit international students from working in Canada while enrolled in studies. Students in Canada with a study permit may only accept jobs at the institution where they are studying. There are a limited number of employment opportunities available on the Taylor campus, and students should not rely on this as a source of income. Please note that positions are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Student workers typically work a maximum of 10 hours per week.
Is there on-campus housing at Taylor Seminary?
There are suites available on campus for students, including some with full kitchens. It is expected that students in residence would stay through to the end of the full academic term; 30-days notice is required to move off campus before the end of the semester.

Completed forms are must be submitted each year in order to be considered. New students’ Application for Admission to study at Taylor must also be completed in order for the financial aid application to be considered. The deadline for the 2014 Fall Term and the 2015 Winter Term is June 15, 2014.

Reimbursement for Unused Aid
Students who leave school before completing an academic term must return a portion of the financial aid received. This portion is based on the table found in the Refund section of the Academic Calendar.
The Seminary scholarship program awards those students obtaining above average grades with tuition reduction credited directly to a student’s account, 50% each semester. Students on academic probation or on disciplinary probation are not eligible.

A scholarship of $750 is available to a student enrolled in a Master of Divinity or Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies program who is preparing for pastoral ministry.
Richter Memorial Scholarship
A bursary of $500 is available to a full-time student who demonstrates financial need.
